• Services Use: We collect information such as your birth date, the time of your birth, the country, state, and city of your birth, your gender, location, and photo (if uploaded).

• Payment Information: If you pay for the Services, payment information is collected and processed through third-party providers including Stripe.
• AI Chat: When you use our AI chat, the content of your prompts and responses may be collected and processed to operate and improve the chat service.
• Inquiries: If you communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, or any other personal information you provide.

By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

B. Information We Collect Automatically

C. Information From Third Party Sources

We may receive personal information from affiliates, third-party integrations (such as Apple, Google, or Microsoft login), data protection mechanisms, and social media platforms.

D. Do Not Track

The Services may not currently respond to all Do Not Track ("DNT") or similar signals.

• Third-Party AI Services (Google) — limited input data may be securely transmitted to Google's processing infrastructure for AI features

We employ industry-standard data protection technologies and management practices, such as network isolation, data encryption, and employee access control. While we strive to ensure security, the internet environment is not 100% secure.

In the event of a security incident, we will promptly notify you in accordance with legal requirements.

You may submit content through the App, including journal entries, reflections, goals, feedback, and other personal inputs. You retain full ownership of your original content. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, aggregate, and analyze such content for internal purposes.

We will not publicly share, publish, or attribute your content without your explicit consent.

Our App is not intended for children under the age of sixteen (16). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16.

If you are accessing the App from outside the United States, you understand and agree that your data may be stored and processed in the U.S. Several states within the United States grant residents with rights over their Personal Information, including the right to request information, correction, deletion, and data portability.
